These terms apply when you use Toolana Store, buy a paid digital product, or download a free digital product. Please read them before you buy or download.
Digital products only
Everything offered here is a digital file, such as a template, document, graphic, or eBook. Nothing is shipped physically, and no physical item is included.
You need suitable software to open or edit a file. Where a product has requirements, they are stated on the product page, so please check them before you buy or download.
Orders and payment
The store offers paid digital products and free digital products.
For paid products, a purchase is complete only when payment is successfully confirmed by our payment provider. Reaching the checkout window, closing it, or seeing a confirmation screen does not by itself create a completed order. Download access for a paid product is created from that confirmed payment. If a payment is not confirmed, no paid download access is issued.
For free products, no payment transaction is required. Download access may be provided without payment after Toolana confirms that the product and file are available.
The price and product details shown on the product page, and at checkout for a paid product, apply to that purchase or download. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors, and where an error affects a paid order we will contact you rather than proceed.
Download access
For paid products, after confirmed payment we issue a secure download link for the product you bought. The link belongs to your order and is not intended to be shared.
For free products, download access may be provided without payment, through a secure, limited or temporary download.
- Access may be limited by time or by a maximum number of downloads. Where limits are shown for a paid order, they appear on your download page.
- Anyone holding a download link can use the access remaining on it, so keep it private and do not post it publicly.
- If a paid download link has expired, reached its limit, or stopped working, contact us and we can look into reissuing it.
- We aim to keep files available and correct, and we may replace a file with an updated or corrected version.
Acceptable use
Use the store normally, and do not interfere with it or with other customers.
- Do not attempt to bypass or manipulate download links, download limits, or expiry checks.
- Do not use automated tools to harvest the catalog or to make bulk requests to the store.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the store, including its administration area, and do not probe, scan, or disrupt its infrastructure.
- Do not use the store or any product for unlawful purposes.
- Where there is a clear case of abuse, we may suspend or withdraw download access.
Intellectual property
The products remain the property of the applicable owner or licensor. Buying or downloading a product gives you the rights described for that product and nothing more.
The store's own text, layout, design, and branding, including the Toolana Store name, remain the property of their owner and are not transferred by a purchase or a free download.
What you may and may not do with a product is set out on the License page and, where a product carries its own license, in that product's terms.
Availability and changes
The catalog, prices, and content of the store may change. We may add, update, or withdraw products.
These terms may be updated. The version published here at the time of your purchase or download applies to that purchase or download.
Responsibility
Products are supplied for you to use as described on their product page. We do not promise that a product will meet a particular commercial goal, or that it will work with every version of every application.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of a digital file. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded by law.
